08-02-2012 Top Donor cows from the Laurie Sheiks and Glora's at Holmland 
At the British Holmland Holsteins are some new animals available. Holmland Ross G Oralie and Gold Glora have been photographed as well. Oralie is from the great Comestar Laurie Sheik cow family from Canada. Gold Glora stems from Sheik Gloriette and Glorinette, dam to Bonatus. 08-02-2012 Observer and Iota daughters score highest GTPI’s in EU In the februari edition of the EU GTPI ranking, daughters from Observer and Iota have the highest GTPI's. From the highest 25 animals an amazing 10 are from these two sires. Number 1, Wiltor Observer Sheri, scored +2338 GTPI and is owned by Wiltor Holsteins but stationed at Eurogenes member Sahara Holsteins, both in the UK. Further on in the list we find animals from the French Drakkar Holsteins, WEH from Germany and Southland Holsteins from Holland. Their Southland Sharon 26 is now highly tested after her daughter, Explode Sharon 46, scored the highest GTPI within the Explodes last month. Beneath is the top 25. The entire cattle stock from Kings Court Dairies has been sold to will-be Eurogenes member Sioux Holstein Genetic from Zuidschermer. Kings Court is ending their business in this form and Sioux Holstein Genetic was looking for some quality dairy stock. The animals from Kings Court are an addition to the breeding cows already on the premises from families like Snowmans and Hillary Duplex. The 40 newcomers feel right at home in their new stable.
